THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1566 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.18162 of 2015 on 22.06.2015 directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation dated 09.06.2015 of the petitioner and take assistance of the persons, who work in an unbiased manner and conduct elections in a free and fair manner. This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the said order.

3. A counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent stating that after receipt of a copy of the order, he passed an order on 27.06.2015 taking the assistance of three persons for election duties and no complaints were received against them. It is also stated that the elections were also held on 28.06.2015 and the results were declared.
