THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No. 8957 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 2nd respondent in withholding the bills to an extent of Rs.3,02,693/- pertaining to purchase order No.7600006242, dated 25.12.2015 as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioner is that he provided services to the Singareni Collieries, for which he is entitled for certain amounts. The reasons for not realizing the bills are not specifically communicated to the petitioner.

Mr J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing counsel for respondents, submitted that the petitioner has not submitted any representation mentioning the amount to which he is entitled for and that there are also some adverse observations of the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation to respondents 3 and 4 and on receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within six weeks from the date receipt of such representation. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
