HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD W.P. No. 30878 of 2015 O R D E R:- The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has submitted its explanation in pursuance of the Show Cause Notice dated 18.09.2015 issued by the 2nd respondent, but the same was not considered and action was initiated. Hence, the present writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent. Ms. Kanya Kumari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health (Telangana) appearing on behalf of the respondents, has submitted that having considered the explanation submitted by the petitioner in pursuance of the show cause notice, the 2nd respondent, after considering the same and after giving an opportunity, passed appropriate orders and nothing survives any longer in this writ petition and the matter has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
