HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.8958 of 2019 ORDER :

This writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is challenging the Circular dated 17.10.2011 in restricting his age to refer to the Medical Board.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has informed this Court that the grievance of the petitioner has been settled in view of issuance of fresh Circular dated 21.01.2019 and in terms of the Circular dated 21.01.2019, the case of the petitioner will be considered for referring to the Medical Board.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contends that in view of issuance of latest circular by the respondents, the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved. He further contends that the case of the petitioner be considered in terms of Circular dated 21.01.2019.

This Court having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioner has been resolved with

the issuance of Circular dated 21.01.2019. It is needless to state that the respondents shall consider the case of the petitioner in terms of Circular dated 21.01.2019.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
