HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.567 of 2015 JUDGMENT : (Per Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging that respondents have willfully and deliberately violated the directions of this Court issued in the order dated 04.09.2013, passed in W.P.M.P.No.31942 of 2013 in W.P.No.25865 of 2013.

When the matter is called for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that subsequent to filing of this contempt case, the writ petition itself is dismissed.

In view of passing of final orders in the writ petition, we are of the view that it is not a fit case to proceed further under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act. Contempt case is accordingly closed.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
