Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the relief sought for in this application is not the relief he required and that by mistake, he has filed the present application. Hence, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application with appropriate relief.

Learned counsel appearing for the Official Liquidator reports no objection.

Reserving the liberty as sought for, the Company Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
