This petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in S.C.No.295 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District.

When this matter was listed for pronouncement of judgment, the learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners-accused have already been acquitted by the trial Court and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
