Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of his best efforts, the petitioner is not in touch with him. However, he learnt that the matter was settled outside the Court.
In view of the settlement of the matter outside the Court, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the learned counsel for the petitioner gets in touch with the petitioner and knows that the matter was not settled outside the Court, it is open to him to approach this Court within thirty (30) days from today.
