Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner circulated the letter dated 23.09.2019 to the Registry to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' since the parties have compromised the issue. Hence, it is listed today. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt. Pingali Lakshmi, learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation. As it is stated that the issue is settled outside the Court, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition, hence, it is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the interim order dated 03.07.2014 shall automatically stand dissolved.
