This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioners contend that the police are not acting upon the complaint given by them and no FIR is registered against the unofficial respondents. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioners was entertained and GD entry was made on 30-03-2019 and the preliminary enquiry was conducted. He further contends that during the course of enquiry, it came to the light that no case is made out and thereafter, the respondents have issued notice to the petitioners on 25-04-2019 to appear before them.

Recording the above submission, since the grievance of the petitioners has been resolved, the Writ Petition is closed. If the petitioners have any more grievance, they can approach the Criminal Court and file a private complaint. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
