HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4296 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent-authorities in not regularizing the property of the petitioner bearing Door No.8-20-5, situated in Sy.No.69/5, Bit-1, Thotapalem, Balaji Nagar, Vizianagaram admeasuring an extent of 150 square yards in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.296, dated 12-08-2015 as illegal and arbitrary.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, the respondent-authorities are directed to dispose of the application filed by her through e-seva dated 15-09-2015 in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties if any.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
