When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the matter has been settled before Lok Adalath, High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and an award has been passed on 12.11.2022 and also filed copy of the said Award.

In view of the Award dated 12.11.2022 passed by the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Award.
