THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.27120 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, none appears for the petitioner, inspite of fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

A perusal of the record would disclose that the petitioner is challenging the transfer orders dated 19.12.2003 and no interim orders were granted at the time of the admission.

Due to efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
