Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the sole petitioner died.

There was no representation for the petitioner, on 11.07.2018. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed after four weeks.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, yet again. In view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader and as there is no representation for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed for default.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
