This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.6 in issuing tender-cum-Auction in Ref.No.C/5/2012, dated 29-03-2012 to conduct auction of the leasehold rights of collection of ferry fees of the Purshothapatnam Ferry Revu, Sitanagaram Mandal, East Godavari District as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
