HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.41316 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

This writ petition is filed declaring the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in rectifying the revenue records as per the request of the petitioner dated 12.09.2015 as illegal and arbitrary. The petitioner states that the entries in the revenue record in 1B Register as well as the pattedar passbook, the extent noted against her land in Survey No.227/3 is Ac.5.80 cents, whereas the actual extent is Ac.3.70 cents and the said mistake was brought to the notice of the 4th respondent and requested him to rectify the same.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue has received instructions, which state that the application of the petitioner was considered and the said mistake was rectified. A copy of the same was also uploaded in "Mee Intiki Mee Bhoomi Website", and the rectified copy of the same is also enclosed to the instructions. The rectified pattadar passbook, which is stated to have been issued to the petitioner, shows the incorporation of the said extent of land.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also verified the said extract and submitted that in view of the rectification already carried out by the 4th respondent, nothing further survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
