This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking to declare the inaction of respondent authorities in issuing Look Out Notice against respondent No.5, who is involved in Crime No.24 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, which was assigned C.C.No.175 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class (Special Mobile Court), Karimnagar, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to issue Look Out Notice against respondent No.5. 2 .

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 4, and learned Assistant Solicitor General, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and perused the record. 3 .

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that respondent No.5 is one of the accused in Crime No.24 of 2018 of Women Police Station, Karimnagar, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A I.P.C. and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The said crime was assigned C.C.No.175 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class (special Mobile Court), Karimnagar. In spite of issuing Non-Bailable Warrant against respondent No.5 in the said C.C., it is not being executed

Dr.SA,J W.P.No.8971 of 2019 by the police officials concerned, which is causing hardship and inconvenience to the petitioner/ de facto complainant/ wife of respondent No.5. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 4 .

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the residential address of respondent No.5 is furnished as 'Kamarapu Raghunandan, S/ o.Narender, R/ o. Sircilla, Medak District' to respondent No.4/ Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Karimnagar. No information is furnished to respondent No.4 that respondent No.5 is working at Australia. If the required information with regard to the whereabouts of respondent No.5 is furnished to respondent No.4, necessary steps would be taken by respondent No.4. 5 .

As submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the information with regard to the whereabouts of respondent No.5 is required to be furnished to respondent No.4/ Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Karimnagar, to enable him to take necessary steps for issuance of Look Out Notice against respondent No.5.

Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to furnish the required information with regard to the whereabouts of respondent No.5 to respondent No.4/ Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Karimnagar, to enable respondent No.4 to take necessary steps for issuance of Look Out Notice against respondent No.5, as prayed for.

With the above observations/ directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.
