Petition under Section 148 RA / 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the letter dated 26.10.2024 vide Dis. No. 634 of 2024 addressed by the Family Court-Cum-lV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy, vide Dis No. 3003 oI 2024, dated 28.10.2024, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to extend the time granted on 03.02.2020 in CMA No. 67 of 2009 for a further period of two months for dispose of LA. No. 3 of 2007 on the file of the Family Court-Cum-lV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy.

This application coming on for hearing upon perusing the letter dated 26.10.2024 vide Dis. No. 634 of 2024 addressed by the Family Court-Cum-lV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy. The Court made the following: ORDER

Family Court-Cum-lV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy, vide letter, dated 26.10.2024 requested for additional time of two months for disposal of I.P. No. 3 of 2007. The request was forwarded by the principal District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy vide letter, dated 2g.10.2024. considering the request made, an additional time of two months is granted for disposal of l.P. No 3 ol 2007 pending on the file of Family court-cum-lv Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
