The present Criminal Petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.43 of 2024 on the file of Neredmet Police Station, Rachakonda.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the .petitioners to move a fresh petition in case the cause survlves.
