THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.38626 of 2014 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in bringing substitution to Subsection (2) to Section 17 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter to that effect is addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
