CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.3815 of 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The petitioner, who is a third party to the loan transaction between her father and the respondents, filed this writ petition assailing initiation of securitisation measures under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, in respect of the residential property bearing H.No.13-6-463/25/1/A, Ashok Vihar Colony, Upper Basthi, Tallagadda, Hyderabad. 2.

At the hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for both the parties that after filing of this writ petition, Securitisation Appeal No.190 of 2014 filed by the petitioner's mother, in which the petitioner herself got impleaded as a party respondent questioning the sale of the aforementioned property, was dismissed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad, on 22.01.2016. 3.

Mr.Kurella Subrahmanyam, learned counsel representing Mr.G.K.Deshpande, learned standing counsel for the Punjab National Bank appearing for the respondents, has submitted that in pursuance of the sale of the subject property, the highest offer was accepted and the sale certificate was also issued in favour of the purchaser. 4.

In the light of the above subsequent events, Mr.W.B.Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that his client may be given the liberty of availing appropriate legal remedies available to her. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.4886 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
