This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.80 of 2026 before the Kodad Town Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 112 of BNS.

Brief facts of the case are that on 27.02.2026 at 13.40 hours, the complainant K. Shiva Kumar, P.C‐6004, Kodad
Town Police Station, lodged a written complaint stating that, based on verified official information and preliminary inquiry conducted under "Operation Crackdown‐1.0", certain suspicious bank accounts were identified during statewide analysis of NCRP data. It was revealed that the account held by Pachipala Balakrishna, City Union Bank, Huzurnagar Main Road, Kodad, Account No. 500101014014078, IFSC Code CIUB0000782, with total transactions amounting to Rs.1,35,000/‐, was repeatedly linked with five inter‐State cybercrime complaints. Investigation indicated that the accused knowingly allowed unlawful proceeds to be routed through his account, acted in coordination with unknown associates, and facilitated financial layering to conceal crime proceeds, thereby cheating innocent persons across India for wrongful gain.

Heard Sri B.Nageshwar Rao learned counsel for petitioner, and Sri Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent - State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated, that he has no connection with the alleged cyber fraud, and that custodial interrogation is not warranted. He contended that the petitioner is willing to cooperate with the investigation Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner by allowing this Criminal Petition. 5.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions stating that the petitioner's bank account has been linked with multiple cybercrime complaints across jurisdictions, that the transactions indicate a pattern of organized unlawful activity, and that granting pre‐arrest bail may hamper the investigation. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

Having regard to the rival submissions and material on record, it is noted that the allegations pertain to financial transactions routed through the petitioner's account, but custodial interrogation does not appear necessary at this stage in view of presence of documentary evidence. Therefore, this
Court deems it fit to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioner shall surrender before the Station House Officer, Kodad Town Police Station, Suryapet District, within two weeks from today, and on such surrender, the said Station House Officer shall release them on bail on executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/-, with two sureties, for the like sum each.
ii.
The petitioner shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and co-operate with the Investigating Officer in investigating the case.
iii.
The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Investigating Officer on every Monday between 09:00 a.m, and 05:00 p.m., for a period of eight weeks or till the
filing of the charge sheet, whichever is earlier, and thereafter, as and when required.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
