THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32282 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not appointing the petitioner as Anganwadi worker at Annarugudem Anganwadi Centre No.112, Annarugudem Village, Tallada Mandal, Khammam District, though the petitioner was selected in the interview held on 23.06.2011, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Anganwadi worker.

This Court while admitting the writ petition on 19.10.2012 granted interim direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2012, in accordance with law and take appropriate decision thereon duly communicating the same to the petitioner by way of a reasoned order and to complete the said exercise within four weeks from the date of the said order. Interim order is in force and no counter is filed.

Since the relief sought in the writ petition is granted by virtue of interim order dated 19.10.2012, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition in terms of the interim order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order dated 19.10.2012 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.41157 of 2012. No order as to costs.
