In this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the award of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Visakhapatnam in M.P.No.34 of 1997 dated 29.06.1999. It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
