Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Ch. Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5 in all the Writ Petitions.

Learned counsel for both sides state that the issue raised in these Writ Petitions are covered by the order dt.02-12-2015 in W.P.No.39011 of 2015.

For the reasons alike, these Writ Petitions are also allowed and 5th respondent is directed to consider petitioners' applications for grant of Commission Agent Licence without reference to G.O.Ms.No.57 Agriculture and Cooperation (AM-II) Department dt.12-102015 but by applying the norms in G.O.Ms.No.190 Agriculture and Cooperation (MKTG.I) Department dt.0604-1994 and communicate its decision to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
