On written instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the parties have settled the case amicably before National Lok Adalat held on 14.07.2019 vide Crl.M.P.No.1534 of 2018 on the file of XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
