ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings No.CS.6/52/2011, dated 20.04.2011, of respondent No.2 allotting 1,459 LPG connections to respondent No.4 under Deepam Scheme.

Sri K.V.Raghuveer, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 14.8.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that as the period for which the allotment was made under the impugned proceedings has expired, the petitioner does not intend to pursue this Writ Petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, who is present at the hearing, has reiterated the contents of the said letter.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
