G. Sai Venkateswari, v. Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.13638 of 2015 O R D E R:
The petitioner, who was employed as a Manager with the 1st respondent Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (for short 'the Corporation'), appears to have preferred an Appeal on 27-02-2014 to the Director (Functional) Finance of the 1st respondent Corporation against the orders passed by the Disciplinary Authority on 10-01-2014 imposing on him the punishment of reduction of pay by three lower stages for a period of three years.
The grievance of the petitioner in this case is that the Appeal of the petitioner has not been decided so far.
The ends of justice would be served adequately by directing the respondents 1 and 2 to deal with the Appeal of the writ petitioner, in accordance with law preferably within a maximum period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, instead of keeping the same on the docket of this Court. Accordingly, there is a direction to this effect.
With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage after hearing the learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent Corporation Sri M.S. Ramachandra Murthy, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of. __________________________ NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J.
