THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITIONS NO.2810 of 2022, 2747 of 2022, 2827 of 2022, 2832 of 2022 and 2930 of 2022 COMMON ORDER:

These five Criminal Petitions are filed under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") by the petitioners, who are figured as Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 seeking to enlarge them on bail in connection with Crime No.705 of 2020 of Alwal Police Station, Crime No.101 of 2021 of Alwal Police Station, Crime No.87 of 2021 of Alwal Police Station, Crime No.32 of 2021 of Shamirpet Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal Code respectively and Crime No.129 of 2021 of Shamirpet Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Section 380 of Indian Penal Code.

As the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 are one and same in all the aforementioned crimes, the criminal petitions are disposed off under common order.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 submits that the petitioners are involved in 20 cases and they are released on bail in 15 cases. In all the cases already charge sheets have been filed and the same are pending for trial. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are in jail for the past 13 months.

Considering the facts and circumstances, since the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 are in jail for the past 13 months without trial, as such, this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners in all the five criminal petitions. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petitions are allowed and the petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 are granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i) The petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one native surety and another one is Local

Surety for a like sum each to the satisfaction of concerned Magistrates.

ii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 shall remain in Hyderabad for the next three (03) months and every day report before the concerned Station House Officers for one (01) month and thereafter they shall report every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday for second and third months. In the event of non-compliance of the order and failure to appear on a single day without reasonable cause in which event the bail shall stand cancelled. iii) The petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 shall appear on every date of hearing before the trial Court. iv) The petitioners/Accused Nos.5, 6, 8 to 14 shall abide by the other conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. 7.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
