WRIT PETITION No. 22514 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Fair Price Shop Dealer for Shop No. 10 of Kokkarayapalle Village, Chennur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District on permanent basis. It appears that the fourth respondent submitted a report on 17.2.2015 pointing out certain irregularities, based on which, an order was passed by the second respondent on 30.4.2015 suspending the authorization of the petitioner pending enquiry. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

The order of suspension contains four charges and it was passed after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner. In view of the pending enquiry, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the enquiry process or consider the validity or otherwise of the charges levelled against the petitioner at this stage. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to complete the enquiry by giving due opportunity to the petitioner and pass final order within thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
