Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or directions more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in trying to withdrawing the services of the petitioners as Mandal-In-charge (MIC's) thereby revert the petitioners from the posts of Mandal-In-charge to the post of Technical Work Inspectors as illegal, arbitrary, unjustified, unconstitutional and unsustainable and consequently direct the respondents not to revert the petitioners from MIC's to Technical work inspectors. WPMP.NO: 20310 of 2015 Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C. Praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P.
, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to revert the petitioners from the posts of Mandal Incharges (MIC's) to the posts of Technical Work Inspectors, pending disposal of WP No. 15606 of 2015 on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ravi Kumar Vadlakonda, Advocate for the Petitioners and Sri T.
