Having argued for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

The petitioner is granted liberty to agitate his grievance before the Court where the C.C. is pending and consequently, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Registry is directed to return the certified copies of charge sheet. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
