The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 29.11.2013, passed in I.A.No.982 of 2012 in O.S.No.408 of 2009 on the file of learned VIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

2. No representation for the revision petitioners.

3. Since, the very suit in O.S.No.408 of 2009 was decreed with costs by judgment, dated 27.03.2017, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
