When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the cause in the writ becomes infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication and made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
