THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT APPEAL No.1021 of 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This writ appeal is filed by the respondents in W.P.No.5749 of 2015 aggrieved by the order, dated 20.04.2015, passed in WPMP.No.7650 of 2015 in the said Writ Petition.

By the aforesaid order, a learned Single Judge of this Court has directed the appellants herein to consider the claim of the respondent herein for release of gratuity payable to him.

Today when the matter is called for hearing, it is submitted by Sri G.Vidya Sagar, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants, that pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 20.04.2015, a reasoned order was passed on 27.07.2015 in proceedings No.P.Admn/A4/949/2013, rejecting the claim of the respondent herein for release of gratuity amount, in view of pendency of disciplinary proceedings and, as such, the subject matter of the writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
