ORDER:

Since the petitioner failed to implead the statutory authorities such as Hyderabad Metro Water Supply and Sewerage Board and the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition by properly impleading these authorities. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.559 of 2016 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
