ORDER:- Heard.
2. Petitioner questions the inaction on the part of the fourth respondent in considering his application for grant of pattadar passbook made on 27.06.2015 in the statutory proforma under Form VI(A) of the A.P. Rights in land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, relating to Ac.2-00 guntas of land at Boduppal, Pochampalli Mandal. Petitioner states that he has also filed all necessary documents including pattadar passbook of his vendor.
3. Learned government pleader states that the fourth respondent would expeditiously look into the said application and pass appropriate orders.
4. Since petitioner's application is pending with the fourth respondent, as aforesaid, it is appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon preferably within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
