THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8576 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by accused Nos.1 to 4, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.160 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Golconda Police Station, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
