Ayesha Sami, v. State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 40693 OF 2015 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both parties, the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 23.02.2015, made by the petitioner, in respect of the property bearing H.No.12-2-752/A/1/A, on Plot No.9 in Survey No.297/3/1, situated at Gudimalkapur, Mehdipatnam, Hyderabad, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assignment-I) Department, dated 30.12.2014.
Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the second respondent - District Collector, to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 23.02.2015, which was acknowledged by the fourth respondent, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader submits that if the same is still pending, the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on representation dated 23.02.2015 made for regularization under G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
