THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No. 8970 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard both sides and perused the material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioners is that they are the residents of Veerlapalli Village within the Revenue village of Maredupaka of Ramagundam Mandal in Peddapally District. There are houses around 300 in an extent of Ac.14.00 of land and they are under serious threat of the 4th respondent in taking up blast operations, due to which their livelihood in agricultural operations as well as their stay in the house is becoming riskily day-by-day. Therefore, they represented the matter before the respondents for acquiring their properties. The acquisition of surrounding houses of the petitioners leaving the petitioners' properties. So far no decision has been taken by the respondents on the representation of the petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file representations afresh before respondents 2 to 4 and it is for the respondents to consider the said representations, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of representations and the said decision shall be communicated

to the petitioners and also to the occupants, who files representations. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
