Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail appropriate civil remedy against the person who he alleges is interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the subject property.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
