This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the parties.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the respondents are not acting upon the complaint made by the petitioner on 06-07-2018 against one Sunitha, Nishank Reddy, Nikshitha Reddy and Mahendar Reddy and since the respondents are not registering a case against the above individuals, the petitioner approached this Court seeking direction to the S.H.O., to register a case in pursuance of the complaint made by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was entered in GD entry on 06-07-2018 and later on, the respondents have asked the petitioner to submit certain documents so as to enable them to proceed further in the case. But the petitioner has not furnished any documents as desired by the respondents. He further submits that if required documents are furnished by the petitioner for the purpose of investigation, they would register a case and enquire into the matter. 4.
Having regard to the rival submissions made by both the counsel, this Court is of the view that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to cooperate with and assist the
AKS,J W.P.No.9121 of 2019 respondents-authorities and furnish all documents and on such documents being furnished by the petitioner, the respondents shall investigate and act accordingly.

With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
