THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3567 of 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.2 in Crime No.156 of 2011 of Chandanagar Police Station, Cyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 384 and 506 of IPC.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after conducting investigation, the police filed a final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. to the effect that there is lack of evidence to prosecute the petitioner, and therefore, no further orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition and the Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

In view of aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand dismissed.
