THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1971 of 2015 ORDER :

This contempt case is filed to punish the respondent for willfully and deliberately flouting the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.16946 of 2015 dated 07.07.2015.

Today, learned Standing counsel produced final notice dated 19.11.2015 issued by Municipal Commissioner, Palvancha. This final notice was issued pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in the writ petition. The direction issued by this Court was only to pass orders on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 07.04.2015. I am satisfied that there is due compliance of the directions issued by this Court.

Learned standing counsel is directed to serve a copy of the final notice dated 19.11.2015 to the learned counsel for the petitioner. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if he is aggrieved by the said notice.

Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
