Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the respondents. 2.
When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 07.03.2018, furnished by the Inspector of Police, Sulthan Bazaar Police Station, Hyderabad City are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions read as under:- "It is respectfully submitted that on a complaint of Sri Savala Ram, son of Jayaruparam, resident of Abids, Hyderabad lodged with the police of Sultan Bazaar Police Station, a case in Cr.No.9/2018 U/secs.379, 420 IPC dated 21.1.2018 was registered and taken up the investigation into the case.
The sum and substance of the complaint of the complainant is that on 17.1.2018 at around 1500 hrs two unknown new customers came to his shop and order for 10 REDMI Y1 lite mobiles and REDMI Y1 (3+32GB) 4 pieces total worth Rs.1,09,312/- including taxes as their order he gave mobiles in the corton an one person took away the carton box and other person time passed at his counter and diverted his son (khetaram) attention fled away from the shop without paying the bill, if the complainant saw them again he can identify the persons. It is respectfully submitted that during the course of investigation into the case, the investigation officer examined the complainant and other witnesses and recorded their detailed statements.
Suspected persons were thoroughly interrogated in this case. But no clues are forthcoming till date. But
the investigating agency received information that the whereabouts of the accused in the present case are pretty known to the writ petitioner herein and hence this respondent tried to contact the petitioner, he filed the writ petition with false and untenable allegations. It is humbly submitted that to save the skin of the real accused in this case, the petitioner with a malafide intention to prevent the police from not conducting the investigation in a proper and fair manner, rushed to this Hon'ble Court and filed the present writ petition with false and baseless allegations.
It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that since 21.2.2018 even till date this respondent police are visiting his residence and enquiring about him since he was at job the officials of this respondent illegally detained his elder brother Mohd.Abdul Hameed Khan and made him to sit in the police station for the whole day and even bet him to call him to the police station, when his brother enquired about what crime he has done the police did not inform anything and they left his brother in the evening and warned him to produce him or else the officials of this respondent would come with lady police and arrest the ladies is absolutely false and hence denied.
I humbly submit that at any point of time, this respondent summoned the petitioner or his brother nor detained them in the police station as alleged. I never interfered with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner herein."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and to dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 07.03.2018,
furnished by the Inspector of Police, Sulthan Bazaar Police Station, Hyderabad City. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
