THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9755 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed by the husband, who was arrayed as an accused in the complaint lodged by the third respondent in Crime No.9 of 2017 registered on 08.02.2017. On an earlier occasion the parents of the petitioner approached this Court and this Court directed continuance of the investigation of the crime without arresting the in-laws of the third respondent. Now the present Writ Petition is filed by the husband claiming the same relief.

After perusing the complaint, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, in view of the pending investigation, the second respondent shall continue the investigation by following due process of law, including compliance of Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 20.03.2017 vs
