THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11258 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., petitioners/A1 to A5 seek to quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.411 of 2013 of Hanamkonda, Warangal District.

While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 30-5-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Hanamkonda Police Station, Warangal District, would submit that case was referred as 'false' and final report was accordingly filed before the VI A.J.F.C.M. Warnagal on 26-6-2014 and prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
