When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents, has informed that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive as the respondents have filed registered FIR and charge sheet issued against the persons against whom the petitioner has lodged the complaint.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. It is needless to say that if the petitioner is still aggrieved, she can pursue her remedies in accordance with law by approaching the Criminal Court. No costs.
