THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13456 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P.).

Against the impugned order of cancellation passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirupati (RDO), the petitioner preferred an appeal before the Joint Collector, Chittoor. The petitioner has also filed an application to suspend the order of cancellation, but no orders have been passed and the appeal is posted for hearing in the month of June, 2015.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that by virtue of orders passed by this Court, the petitioner's authorisation was subsisting allthrough till the order of cancellation was passed by the RDO. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Joint Collector, Chittoor, to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
