THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No. 9095 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relief against the 2nd respondent in not handing over the complete charge for collection of offering items in respect of Dargah Hazrath Sadullah Hussain (RH) situated at Badapahad, Khuni Jalalpur Village, Varni Mandal, Nizamabad District as per the tender notification dated 18.03.2019.

Upon instructions Sri Mirja Saifulla Baig, Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted to this Court that already complete charge has been handed over to the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

Recording the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
